Log in to your Kiabi account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization and prepaid label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel before sealing it securely.
Ship or Drop-off
Take your package to the nearest authorized collection point or drop it off at any Kiabi retail store for an immediate processing option.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
